TERMS OF SERVICE
General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between TURBO MULTICENTAR LLC (hereinafter: “Turbomax”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and all physical and legal entities using our services (hereinafter: “user”, “you”, “your”).
1.2. By using any Turbomax service, including but not limited to electric kart rides, interactive rooms, arcade games, Bottle, AR Darts, bar and restaurant offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.3. Turbomax reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. All changes take effect on the date of publication on Turbomax’s official website.
2. Rights and Obligations of Users
2.1. Users are required to adhere to all safety rules, employee instructions, and internal procedures when using our facilities.
2.2. Users assume full responsibility for any damage caused by careless or improper use of equipment and premises.
2.3. Minors are not allowed to use certain attractions without the supervision of an adult or without explicit consent from a parent or guardian.
2.4. Turbomax is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items of users.
2.5. All users must adhere to fair play rules and safe conduct in all entertainment center zones.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. Use of all attractions in the Turbomax center is at the user’s own risk.
3.2. Turbomax is not liable for bodily injuries, material damage, or any other consequences resulting from improper use of attractions, disregard of rules, or employee instructions.
3.3. Users are required to sign a statement of risk acceptance and consent to safety rules before using certain attractions.
3.4. Turbomax reserves the right to deny or limit access to any user who violates the terms of use or endangers the safety of other visitors.
4. Rights to Modify or Discontinue Services
4.1. Turbomax reserves the right to change, restrict, or discontinue any attraction or service without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate users for any damages.
4.2. In case of force majeure, technical issues, or decisions by competent authorities, Turbomax shall not be liable for the temporary or permanent suspension of certain services.
II. PRIVACY POLICY
1. Collection and Processing of Data
1.1. Turbomax processes your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.
1.2. Personal data we may collect includes:
- Name and surname
- Contact information (phone, email)
- Date of birth (for minors with parental consent)
- Video surveillance footage for the safety of users and premises
- Payment data (in case of online bookings or service purchases)
2. Purpose of Data Processing
2.1. Your data is used solely for the purpose of:
- Facilitating access to our services and attractions
- Enhancing the user experience
- Ensuring the safety and protection of users and employees
- Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes, inspections)

5.1. Turbomax uses a video surveillance system to protect the property, employees, and visitors.
5.2. All recordings are kept for a legally prescribed period and are available only to competent authorities in case of incidents.

III. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
7.2. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction. 7.3. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you are aware of these Terms and Privacy Policy and fully accept them.
